I’ve noticed a clear growth in tattoos on people around me. The trend seems to be Global. Here is an interesting infographic source Behance

Some interesting points:
- According to the Pew Research Center, more than 40 percent of Americans between the ages of 26 and 40 have at least one tattoo
- Generally, people who get a tattoo are under the impression that it is less permanent than it really is
- 17% of those who get a tattoo regret it later
- Removing a tattoo -if possible at all- costs a lot more and is more painful than getting one
